4 times a week Class Bear do a daily run around our track. This helps us to get fitter and also wakes up our brains. 15 laps around our track is approximately a mile and on a Friday we collect a cube for every lap we complete in 10 minutes and try to beat our previous weeks’ total. Last week we added up all our laps and were amazed that as a team we ran 447 laps (37.25 miles) in just 10 minutes!
