Wow! What a fantastic week Class Owl have had!
On Tuesday we went on our educational visit to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. We had a lovely morning looking at sculptures, talking about and drawing them with our guide who told us fabulous stories about each one. Then in the afternoon we got to make our very own sculptures out of everyday materials. We made a galloping anaconda, a parachuting bat, a surfing spider, a juggling penguin, a wriggling panda and a burrowing sloth.
We have also learnt an Easter poem about chicks hatching out of brown eggs and made hats to wear whilst we performed it in our Easter Service.
Lots of us also perfomed at Lawrence Batley Theatre on Thursday evening with Kirsti our dance club teacher.
What a busy week we've had!
